Lovely hotel with spacious, nicely decorated room with ensuite, excellent buffet breakfast with mix of Asian & western dishes and great location across from an active city park with good proximity to restaurants & food vendors. As we were travelling by bicycle, we really appreciated the front staff looking after our bikes for us while staying at the hotel.

My husband misplaced one of our room keys so we were charged $300 for the plastic card.

When you arrive to a hotel reception, you just can sense that this is a professional and full service hotel. I liked the classic design in the lobby and the room. Very good shower and I also liked the coin laundry.

Staff very friendly and efficient, speaking decent english. Very good location.

If you really want to do exercises and use the swimming pool and sauna room, they have standard facilities of these, which is good.

It’s not value of money. It is not a cheap stay, we paid around NTD4000 and more, but the carpet on the fifth floor is as so stinking and smelly disgusted, so as the room’s carpet. The safe lock was not working. The hairdryer is disappointed, given that this is a star hotel. The hairdryer is the kind of locking to the socket, and it only works when you keep pressing the button. The toilet is not really working only when you hold it long.

Pool and spa are nice and rooms are spacious and clean. Lots happening over the road in the park.

Lots and lots of out of controll children. We had kid next to our room screaming and banging doors UpTo 11pm at night. The hotel needs to put in some quiet time policies.

The staff at the lobby desk were extremely helpful. I loved that I could exchange money right at the hotel, and it was especially helpful that the staff spoke English. It is definitely a family-friendly hotel. There is a beautiful park with a walking trail, a track, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground equipment, etc.... right across the street from the front entrance of the hotel. There is always something to do or see at the park.

The swimming pool was not always open, so I had to plan when I wanted to swim based on when staff would be monitoring the swimming area. It took me a few tries to actually find the pool.

The large room and real king size bed (not 2 single beds next to each others).The bathroom is also very good, it has a bath tub and a large shower.

The spa area is small and the swimming pool is in maintenance. Besides, you should wear a swimming beany to use the spa, sauna and steam room. This kind of rule exists only in Taiwan.There is only 1 restaurant and the food is pretty low quality (large buffet with low quality food).

The air-conditioner is not working properly.The bed sheet is dirty because of the dust. The floor and the bathtub also need to clean more often.
